3. Fill out the Planner online or print it and send in 30 days prior to your visit.

4. Lunches, medications and appropriate clothing will need to be arranged. Consider bringing sunscreen, insect repellent and water bottles.

5. The cost of transportation is the responsibility of the schools. Please confirm this with your principal. If you have no funding sources please look at our Learning Partner Project Grant information. Whenever it is possible, regular education programs and special education programs may share a bus in order to save resources. Thanks!
